We are proud to offer you a choice of four different and unique images of the favela of Rocinha. Take a look below to see what each puzzle looks like completed. Cesario - This is one of Rocinha's poorer neighborhoods located just under the iconic Dois Irmaos (Two Brothers Mountain).



Rua 2 - Rocinha's second street which connects the main road, Estrada da Gavea, with the becos (alleyways) of the Valao (the big ditch) neighborhood. Mototaxis, like the one pictured here, provide transportation up Rocinha's steep and winding roads.



Largo do Boiadeiro - This photo was taken at the bottom of Rocinha looking up at (almost) the entirety of the community. The area where the photograph was taken used to be a small farming village where farmers sold vegetables on an open market. In the 1940s car races ran up and over the hill where Rocinha now sits.



Laje do Zezinho - This view is from the neighborhood sete (seven), about half way up the hill.
